Short version: if anything is off, tell us. We'd rather fix it than have an unhappy customer. Here's how it works in detail.
If anything we did is incomplete, not finished cleanly, or otherwise not what you expected, tell us within 7 days of the visit. We will come back and fix it free of charge. This is the easiest path for everyone.
If a return visit isn't possible or doesn't resolve it, you can request a refund through the same private message thread from your job. Please include:
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the same card through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — in our experience, a direct conversation resolves nearly every concern much faster than a chargeback would. If you do open a chargeback, we'll respond to Stripe with the job records and any photos. If a chargeback is later reversed in our favor, we may pass through the Stripe processing fee where law allows.
